Harry Enfield's premiere series was "Harry Enfield's Television Programme" in which he was accompanied by Kathy Burke and Paul Whitehouse. Some of the characters he invented were very successful, although he would never allow any one character to become more superior than himself!

Enfield's love for old films inspired him to create the famous black and white sketches. These mini films were badly acted and contained outrageous dialog which made them hilarious. In particular the one "Women! Know Your Limits!"
