Live and Kicking has been presented by many famous stars, like Zoë Ball and Jamie Theakston, but now the lovely Emma Ledden and Steve Wilson are co-hosting the popular Saturday morning show.

Many kids tune in each week to see their favourite celebs from films, television and pop. These popular idols like Mel C, Jamie Oliver and A1 often feature in gripping interviews and perform their latest hits live!

They also have phone ins each week to give you the change to ask your favourite stars what you've always been dying to know. And you also get the chance to answer questions to win top new albums, DVD's, videos and much more!

There are also competitions you can play live on air like Grabbit Rabbit, Kwat Attack, and Klunk the Junk. With so many features it's no wonder the kids love it!
