    You featured a couple who lived in Oxford (he worked in IT and she worked at the university I think)who were unable to get a mortgage due to high prices/lack of deposit despite two good salaries and a strong desire to buy a property.

    We are whole of market mortgage brokers and there has been a product on the market for about a week now which only needs a 5% deposit. Obviously we would need to assess the case before we would recommend this mortgage but I wonder whether you could put us in touch with this couple to see if we could assist them.
