A celebration of the creative talents which these two studios have brought to film-making, from the short films of the 1920s and 30s through to the CGI blockbusters of today. The programme discovers the secrets behind the animation process of the Disney Studios in Burbank and the Pixar Studios in San Francisco - from storyboard to silver screen. With archive footage from classic films, a visit to Walt Disney World in Florida, interviews with iconic figures from the industry, and a look at new features at key stages in their production: The Princess and the Frog and Up.
