Animated series. Rogue discovers that Quicksilver is Magneto's son and that the Brotherhood are working for him, plotting to attack the X-Men. Wolverine doesn't believe her warning, and the team is caught off guard when the Brotherhood attack. Magneto attacks the MRD bases, releasing the most powerful mutants on earth. Senator Kelly uses Magneto's MRD takeover as a political opportunity for his anti-mutant campaign, while Magneto feeds the mutants' hatred for the humans, risking a deadly outcome.
