Principal Skinner and Mrs Krabappel start arguing about the state of their school after a field trip goes bad. This leads to, with some help from Bart, a teachers strike. With the chance of things being sorted out looking more grim by the day as the students miss more and more school, the PTA decides to have people from the neighbourhood teach classes.
