Bart and Milhouse find $20 and go on a sugar bender. The next morning, Bart wakes up to discover he has joined the Junior Campers, and although he initially tries to weasel out of it, he begins to find some aspects of the scouts very useful. But then comes the father-son rafting trip, and Bart is worried that Homer will horribly embarrass him.
