So that Lisa can get some braces for her teeth, Homer becomes the Nuclear Plant's new Union Executive, and the plant workers strike to get back their dental plan. While Homer doesn't understand Burns, Burns thinks that Homer's ignorance is just a clever trick, and Lisa must wear ugly old braces until the conflict is over.
