Feeling sorry for class reject, Ralph Wiggum, Lisa gives him a Valentine on Valentine's Day. This leads to Ralph developing a crush on Lisa, and she has to try to push away his advances without seeming impolite. To make matters worse, Ralph invites Lisa to Krusty's 29th Anniversary Show, and is cast in the President's Day play as George Washington to Lisa's Martha.
