Bart and Milhouse go to a Spinal Tap concert and Bart decides he wants to become a rock star. Homer buys him a guitar, but when Otto's playing of the guitar on the school bus causes an accident, Otto is fired immediately for not having a licence. Down and out, Otto is invited by Bart into the Simpson house to live until he gets back on his feet again.
