While in a spa, somebody tries to murder Homer. Chief Wiggum decides to use the "use a crook to catch a crook" routine and releases Sideshow Bob to help him find the potential murderer. With a shock-device attached to him so he doesn't hurt Bart, Bob analyses the clues and gives Homer advice so that they can catch the murderous enemy.
