After a visit to an animation fair, Homer invests the family's life savings in a animation company. But when the business collapses, he must get back his money by allowing himself to be subject to various tests. While this is happening, it is discovered that Homer has a crayon wedged in his brain, and the removal of the crayon makes Homer a smarter person.
