While Homer gets laser-eye surgery, Lisa is inspired to learn dancing after seeing "Tango De La Muerdo", and takes tap dancing lessons from former child dancer, Little Vicky Valentine. Meanwhile, Bart and Milhouse find themselves trapped inside the Springfield Mall for the night.
