Homer and his drinking pals drive their car through the school after the Isotopes win a game for once, causing thousands of damage. The blame though is put on kids, and Chief Wiggum lays down a curfew time for children in Springfield. Sick of the injustice against them, the children plot their own brand of revenge, by broadcasting terrible secrets about the adults of Springfield via radio.
