The boys - and everyone else - get the wrong end of the stick when Jared, who lost weight eating sub sandwiches, confesses to having aides. And, when he suggests that everyone else should get aides, things turn nasty. Meanwhile, Cartman decides that Butters should become a similar weight loss hero, but poor Butters is grounded when his parents catch him giving himself liposuction.
