Dilbert, Alice, and Wally are sent to Elbonia to oversee the factory. Before Dilbert leaves, Dogbert decides to try for diplomatic immunity. The boss comes too, having been told by his secretary it is a great place. When they arrive, Wally returns to the mud of his childhood, Alice adopts a baby, and Dilbert is sent to execution because he's left-handed.
