Dilbert is an office everyman, a cubicle-bound engineer trying hard to keep up in the corporate rat-race. Along with his animal friends Dogbert and Ratbert and ever opposed by his Pointy Haired Boss, Dilbert knows better than to try to make sense of management decisions and instead finds his own rules for office life. Dilbert understands that when the bosses talk about improving productivity, they are never talking about themselves; he realises that without the last minute, nothing would ever get done; and he saves hours of tedious filing with one simple rule: everything can be filed under 'Miscellaneous'.
