When Stan is up for a promotion, he asks his family to be on their best behaviour at the CIA picnic. Unfortunately, Hayley ends up getting into a fight with Stan's boss, Bullock, which makes Stan think his chances for promotion are ruined. But when Stan goes to Bullock's house to apologise for Hayley's behaviour, he's shocked to discover the identity of Bullock's new woman.
